All our packages are individually tailored to suit your particular needs and budget. We offer the most unique menu of conferencing services in the city – ensuring that your meeting, conference or event is successful, impactful and memorable. Our fully customisable menu includes everything from renowned caterers to event tech specialists, from keynote inspirators to innovation facilitators, and magical MCs to emerging artists – allowing us to develop an experience which will leave your audience cheering for more. So whether you need team-building, strat sessions, a jazz-inspired 25th anniversary or just a chilled end-of-year function, we will make it work for you. And with our carefully selected hospitality service providers – from culturally-aware tour guides to chef-run restaurants and the city’s best boutique hotels – we offer concierge-level extended stay conferencing, Business savvy, at your service.

Oh, yes, we are in the middle of town, and don’t have our own parking. But don’t worry, with our partnerships with on-demand transportation services like Uber and Bolt (and their locally owned competitors), shuttle services and local parking lots, we promise that your transport will be like the rest of your experience: seamless and first class.



THEATRE: 172 seat theatre with raked seating, 7 x 6m cinema screen and 8 x 6 m stage. Fully equipped with lights, sound, projector etc. (Space for 33 extra seats if required.)

WORKSHOP ROOM / BAR: 50m2 room with fully equipped feature bar. Wooden floors, high ceilings and large windows. Opens onto a roofed balcony overlooking Long Street.

WORKSHOP ROOM / GALLERY: 58m2 room adjoining the Bar via large double doors.  Wooden floors, high ceilings with chandeliers and large windows on two sides. Opens onto the roofed balcony overlooking Long Street.

MEETING / VIP ROOMs: One 23m2 room and one 13m2 room – ideal for smaller meetings, VIP room or green room (event prep room). 

GLASS FOYER: 25m2 glass enclosed space with high ceiling, allowing secure access to the smaller Meeting / VIP rooms or as optional public or private area.



With decades of experience in meeting, conferencing and event planning, we know that no two events are ever alike. So rather than try to fit your multi-faceted peg in a square hole, we prefer to work with you to design exactly the solution that you need. Sure we can provide you with muffins and filtered coffee, but we can also provide you vegan delicacies (that make even hardcore braii fans shake their heads in disbelief as they ask for more) to beautiful flat whites made with love by our Origin-trained baristas.

Whether you only need a whiteboard and markers, or top-of-the line LED screens that make you feel like you’re swimming with sharks, we will make it happen. And at prices that can’t be beaten as our packages start from as little as R120 per person.
